Position: Permanent Full Time 37 Hours

In Facilities we are responsible for 13 office locations across the Midlands (Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, and Hereford) Our purpose is to provide a great experience for staff when they are in one of our office locations. This means that we keep them safe while they are working, as well as having all the facilities they need to deliver great services to our external customers.
The Facilities Officer is a key part of this, you’ll provide effective building related facilities services that represent value for money and ensure a safe, secure environment for staff and visitors in all administrative buildings. This will include liaising with local managers, staff and contractors to deliver a sustainable, compliant operational programme across a multi-site property portfolio; whilst developing positive customer relationships.
